Tactical Knives or as some call them, combat knives, are developed specifically for military and law enforcement personnel. They are also becoming more and more popular among the knife collector and enthusiast . This book gives us a history of the development, styles and uses of tactical knives.
Many different styles of knives such as Bowie, tantos, multi-tool, boot and neck knives are discussed in the book with excellent photos.
The only thing I didn’t like about the book was its focus on German and American knives.The author, being German, and working for Boker, I guess the German focus is understandable. But it would have been nice to see tactical knives from around the world.
Overall I'd say it is a good buy.
